A shoulder X-ray with bilateral (both sides) and multiple views is an imaging test where pictures are taken of both of your shoulders from different angles to help your doctor see the bones and joints clearly. Your doctor might order this test if you're having shoulder pain, have had an injury, or if they need to compare both shoulders to check for problems like fractures, arthritis, or other conditions.
